If we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipment:
We will replace it at no cost once you've returned the original item.
Contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you a return shipping label at our expense.
If you are unhappy with the item for any reason:
You may return it up to 30 days after we've shipped it.
In order for us to process a refund, the item must be -
- In its original packaging, and
- In NEW condition
We offer two refund options:
- Store credit for 100% of the purchase price
- Refund of 85% of the purchase price - back to the credit card used to purchase the item
Here's how to request a refund:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or use Live Chat to tell us your order number and the items being returned
- Tell us which refund method you prefer: store credit (100%) or refund to your credit card of (85%)
- Package the items and ship them to the address we provide
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the items in unused, new condition.
