Return Policy

If we sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipment: 

We will replace it at no cost once you've returned the original item.

Contact us at and we will provide you a return shipping label at our expense.

If you are unhappy with the item for any reason:

You may return it up to 30 days after we've shipped it. 

In order for us to process a refund, the item must be -

  • Unused,
  • In its original packaging, and
  • In NEW condition

We offer two refund options:

  • Store credit for 100% of the purchase price
  • Refund of 85% of the purchase price - back to the credit card used to purchase the item
Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Here's how to request a refund:

    1. Email or use Live Chat to tell us your order number and the items being returned
    2. Tell us which refund method you prefer: store credit (100%) or refund to your credit card of (85%)
    3. Package the items and ship them to the address we provide 

    We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the items in unused, new condition.
